1. How to register an account?

1. Go to https://www.betnlaff.com. 2. On the homepage, tap the REGISTER button at the top right. 3. Enter your mobile number and choose a password. 4. Tick the box to accept the user agreement, then tap Create Account. Your account is ready to use straight away.

2. If you've forgotten your password

1. On the login page, tap Forgot Password? above the Login button. 2. Enter the phone number linked to your account. 3. You'll get an SMS with a reset link. Open it and follow the instructions to set a new password.

3. How to change your password?

If you think someone else may know your password, change it right away. 1. Log in and go to My Account in the top right corner. 2. Open Settings, then Security, and tap Change Password. 3. Enter your current password. 4. Enter your new password and confirm it. 5. Tap Reset Password.

4. How to update your account information?

1. Log in at www.betnlaff.com with your phone number and password. 2. Open the User Area menu and tap Settings. 3. Tap Edit to add a username or verify your email address.

5. KYC Verification

Verifying your account lets you withdraw winnings and keeps your account secure. Personal verification (NIN) 1. Log in at www.betnlaff.com. 2. In the User Area menu, tap KYC. 3. Select Personal Verification, then Verify NIN. 4. Fill in your details and tap Verify NIN. Bank verification 1. Log in at www.betnlaff.com. 2. In the User Area menu, tap KYC. 3. Select Bank Verification, then Add Bank Account. 4. Choose your bank, enter your account number, and tap Verify Account. Your bank account is saved and ready to use for withdrawals.

6. How to view your transaction history

1. Log in at www.betnlaff.com. 2. In the User Area menu, tap Transactions. 3. Filter by Deposit, Withdrawal, or All. 4. Choose the date range you want to view.

7. How to view your betting history

1. Log in at www.betnlaff.com. 2. In the User Area menu, tap Transactions. 3. Select Bet History. 4. Filter by sport, stake amount, or date range to see your past bets.

8. How to deposit?

You can fund your Betnlaff account through any of the payment options below. Monnify 1. Enter the amount you want to deposit. 2. You'll be redirected to the Monnify checkout page. 3. 9. How to place a bet?

1. Log in with your phone number and password. 2. From the menu on the left of the homepage, choose your sport (for example, Football). 3. Select the tournament you want to bet on. 4. Tap the odds for the markets you want to play. Your selections are added to the bet slip on the right of the page. 5. Enter your stake amount. 6. Tap Place Bet. A confirmation message will show that your bet has been placed.

10. How to withdraw

Before you can withdraw, complete your bank verification 1. Log in at www.betnlaff.com. 2. In the User Area menu, tap Withdraw. 3. Choose a saved bank account or add a new one. 4. Enter the amount you want to withdraw and tap Withdraw. Your bank account will be credited within 24 hours.
